Painting on Silk dupion

I started 2 paintings on a piece of raw silk today.I drew the girl on tracing paper first then transfered it to the silk by rubbing the pencil mark onto the fabric,the second one I just drew straight onto the silk  'cos there is'nt as much detail.I use an old wooden picture frame and pin the silk with 3 point pins onto the flat side of the frame.I only have about 10 silk paint so I use acrylics mixed with a fabric medium that converts acrylic paint to fabric paint (works out a lot cheaper).You can use gutta to stop the paints "leaking" but you don't have to do this with the fabric medium.They're not finished yet-just thought I'd show you
